Es steigert die Insulinaussch\u00fcttung bei hohem Blutzucker, senkt den Glukagonspiegel, verlangsamt die Magenentleerung und tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, das S\u00e4ttigungsgef\u00fchl zu verst\u00e4rken. Dadurch kann es den Appetit z\u00fcgeln, den Fettabbau f\u00f6rdern und die Stoffwechselgesundheit verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Semaglutid wird subkutan injiziert, in der Regel einmal w\u00f6chentlich. Die Behandlung beginnt h\u00e4ufig mit einer niedrigen Dosis, beispielsweise 0,25 mg pro Woche, und kann je nach Ansprechen und Vertr\u00e4glichkeit erh\u00f6ht werden. Schwangere oder stillende Frauen sowie Patienten mit schweren Magen-Darm-Erkrankungen oder diabetischer Retinopathie sollten das Pr\u00e4parat nur unter \u00e4rztlicher Aufsicht anwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den h\u00e4ufigen Nebenwirkungen z\u00e4hlen \u00dcbelkeit, Erbrechen, Durchfall, Verstopfung, Kopfschmerzen, M\u00fcdigkeit und Schwindel. Zu den seltenen, aber schwerwiegenden Risiken z\u00e4hlen Pankreatitis, Erkrankungen der Gallenblase, allergische Reaktionen und Hypoglyk\u00e4mie, insbesondere in Kombination mit anderen blutzuckersenkenden Medikamenten.<\/p>\n<p>Im Sport und im Bodybuilding wird Semaglutid manchmal zur Appetitkontrolle, zur Gewichtsregulierung und zur Verbesserung der K\u00f6rperzusammensetzung w\u00e4hrend der Definitionsphase eingesetzt.
